About the position

Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Join our team and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them. Providence is calling a Finance Manager who will support the organization's FP&A team, which provides guidance to a network of Hospitals, Medical Groups, and Risk Based Entities across all regions. This role requires strong proficiency in the use of the Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system and involves serving as a liaison between corporate FP&A and local finance teams, communicating assignments, deadlines, and key updates. The Finance Manager will promote a standardized “best practice” approach for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and will partner with Enterprise Subject Matter Experts to understand and communicate insights on key revenue and expense categories. Additionally, the manager will consolidate and summarize actual and projected divisional financial performance and key business drivers, collaborate with divisional leadership on operational KPIs and improvement plans, and serve as a resource for local finance teams to assist with projects and ad-hoc analytics. Utilizing financial reporting tools such as Essbase, HFM, and Excel-based models will be essential for assisting in analytics.
