About the position

The Finance Manager - Sales/Deals Support at Super Micro Computer is responsible for leading the deal qualification process and providing cross-functional support to sales, operations, and compliance teams. This role focuses on maintaining an efficient Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating complex deal structures to meet client demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and finance/accounting, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deal qualification process and operations for sales finance.
  • Review Qualification checklists submitted by Sales for completeness and accuracy.
  • Guide the Sales team in conducting Qualification Committee deal reviews.
  • Advise and train Sales representatives to enhance efficiency in the deal qualification process.
  • Engage with customers or vendors to expedite deal closures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure deals for new and existing business models.
  • Support the company deal qualification process and ensure compliance with trade documentation.
  • Refine and evolve operational processes related to deal qualification and quote management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in sales finance, deal desk, order to cash, and commercial processes.
  • Strong background in deal desk and sales operations at a large tech company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and adapt to changing needs.
