The Finance Manager at Jack Daniels Audi is responsible for overseeing the dealership's finance and insurance operations, ensuring customers receive the best financing options for their vehicle purchases. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to understand their financing needs and guide them through the financing process.
  • Present and offer financing, lease, and warranty options tailored to the customer's needs and budget.
  • Review credit applications, evaluate credit reports, and determine the best available financing options.
  • Negotiate terms and rates with banks and lending institutions to secure the best deals for customers.
  • Process all paperwork related to vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of dealership promotions, programs, and interest rates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and handle all transactions securely.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest finance trends and regulations within the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, Finance Director, or in a similar F&I role within the automotive industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and warranty products.
  • Ability to analyze credit reports and make informed decisions based on financial data.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and finance targets.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of dealership finance software and systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
