The Finance Manager at Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) plays a crucial role in enhancing business outcomes by providing financial leadership and insights. This position involves building strong relationships with business leaders to understand priorities and deliver actionable insights. The successful candidate will act as a change agent, driving transformation and motivating stakeholders to improve results through Principle Based Management (PBM).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and insights into business performance that influences and supports business decisions.
• Frame up investment opportunities and develop Knowledge Processes that drive business strategy.
• Improve the speed to decisions through effective use of PBM and economic thinking.
• Develop processes, systems, and tools to enhance transparency and communication of financial results.
• Drive understanding of marginal bets and profitability outcomes.
• Partner with internal capabilities to develop data analytics and visualizations.
• Engage with business leadership and stakeholders to understand and meet business needs.

Requirements

• Experience building strong partnerships across multiple facets of an organization.
• Financial modeling experience including key driver analysis and innovative visualization approaches.
• Progressive growth in financial analysis, strategic planning, or related roles.
• Strong economic thinking skills and ability to apply economic tools.
