About the position

Green Certified West is seeking an experienced Finance Manager who will also engage in sales activities part-time. This role involves reviewing customer credit applications, presenting financing options, and preparing delivery documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and the ability to build relationships with clients, contributing to the overall success of the finance and insurance (F&I) department.

Responsibilities

• Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
• Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service

Requirements

• Experience in sales or finance management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment
• Self-motivated and high-energy personality
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
