About the position

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager at Kunes Country Auto Group is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of vehicle sales, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving the dealership's success. This role involves crafting financing solutions, building relationships with lenders, and training the sales team to maximize financial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Transition customers from sales to finance efficiently.
• Create customized financing packages to protect customer investments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates.
• Navigate automotive finance regulations effectively.
• Train and support the sales team to enhance F&I opportunities.

Requirements

• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience in finance or sales, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to work as a team player and exceed targets.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
