About the position
The Finance Manager at Findlay is responsible for managing and generating income through a team of finance managers in the automotive sales sector. This role focuses on maximizing the finance department's profitability and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Finance Manager will also support the sales department in achieving its goals while maintaining the dealership's best interests.
Responsibilities
- Manage and generate income by leading a team of finance managers.
- Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration.
- Ensure that every eligible deal is eContracted.
- Rehash all deals and track portfolio with lenders.
- Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork daily to ensure timely turnaround and accuracy of all documents.
- Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior automotive finance experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Knowledge of ADP/CDK DMS system.
