About the position

Proteintech Group Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to join their Corporate Headquarters Accounting team in Rosemont, IL. The role focuses on financial statement consolidation of multiple legal entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis to support the company's mission in life sciences research and clinical diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly close process for US, SG, and AU entities.
• Use Excel to build Cost of Goods, product cost allocation, and inventory valuation analysis on a monthly basis.
• Complete global consolidation monthly for six global entities utilizing Dynamics 365.
• Complete intercompany AR, AP, Sales and Purchases reconciliation for global consolidation.
• Complete Monthly Business Review (MBR) of key financials.
• Prepare quarterly financials.
• Manage annual and monthly/quarterly forecast budgeting process.
• Update monthly performance to budget for 6 global entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of three years of experience in major public accounting.
• Strong skills in Excel and financial model building, especially in building consolidation models of multiple entities.
• Experience with global entity consolidation.
• Understanding of US GAAP.
