About the position

This reputable, mission-driven sporting organization is seeking a Finance Manager with at least 5 years of financial and accounting experience to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting and managing the General Ledger system, ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliation, overseeing cash flow, and preparing investment reporting. The Finance Manager will work closely with a small, dedicated team, requiring hands-on expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, and ERP systems. This position is full-time and direct hire, with a hybrid/on-site work arrangement requiring presence in the office three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the General Ledger system.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation.
• Oversee cash flow management.
• Prepare investment reporting.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis.
• Utilize ERP systems for financial reporting and management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of financial and accounting experience.
