About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will report directly to our CFO and will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing profit and loss (P&L) statements and ensuring financial compliance. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, where the candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the financial health and strategic direction of the company. In this position, the Finance Manager will develop and implement financial strategies, conduct financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis. The role involves managing, preparing, and presenting accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. The Finance Manager will oversee the preparation and evaluation of P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and other related financial and non-financial reports. Collaboration with senior management to establish financial and operational goals, as well as developing strategic plans to achieve these goals, will be a key responsibility. Additionally, the Finance Manager will monitor and analyze financial trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards is essential, as is developing and maintaining systems for internal controls, financial management, and reporting. The Finance Manager will also liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits, providing financial insights and recommendations to aid in decision-making. Participation in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership will further enhance the role's impact on the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading FP&A functions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in using financial software and databases.
  • Exceptional skills in managing P&L statements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
