We have a unique opportunity to join a PE-owned company as the Finance Manager. As the Finance Manager, you will serve as a hands-on, strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring the finance function is structured for scalability and efficiency. This role involves a blend of responsibilities, including financial planning and cash management to overseeing reporting and process improvement. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing the financial insights and discipline needed to support growth objectives. Considering the nature of this company, there is meaningful process & system building work to be executed. The owners and leaders of the company have finance backgrounds, CFO, start-up and co-founding experiences in Fortune 5 and private companies, who are great mentors. Key Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting and long-term planning processes, providing leadership with clear financial models and forecasts. Oversee cash flow, forecast needs, and manage working capital to align with growth and investment strategies. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, to support decision-making. Develop, implement, and improve financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure accurate, efficient financial operations. Collaborate with the leadership team to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business decisions. Support the CEO and the Business Development team in deal analytics and analyzing the profitability of the new and existing projects Support the COO with Purchasing, Resource Allocation, and Project Profitability analytics Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and support accurate financial reporting. Partner with the executive team to provide financial insights and strategy recommendations for business growth. Be the key information and data analytics hub between the leadership and the PE owners Oversee small team of accountants and analyst who are based in India. Develop a road map to recruit on-shore FTE's or identify more economic accounting team Oversee the financial statements using NetSuite Develop financial and accounting processes within main operating system and integration with NetSuite Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an engineering, construction, or similar industry environment Demonstrated experience implementing financial processes and systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
