About the position

The Finance Manager at Green Certified West is a pivotal role that combines finance management with customer service in the automotive industry. This position requires the individual to work part-time as a Finance Manager and part-time on the sales floor, providing financing options to customers and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build relationships with clients while achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
• Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)

Requirements

• Experience in CRM software
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Self-motivated and high-energy personality
• Strong attention to details and works well in a process-driven environment
