Responsibilities

  • Accurately present and communicate financial reports on a monthly and annual basis
  • Administer and review all financial plans and budgets
  • Oversee and lead the budgeting and planning process on an annual basis
  • Monitor progress and changes to financial results and provide insights accordingly
  • Provide strategic support to the team by analyzing and presenting critical financial matters
  • Handle special projects as requested, offering your financial expertise
  • Use Sage 100 software for various financial tasks
  • Forecast financial outcomes using your budgeting skills
  • Analyze financial statements to inform strategic decisions
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders about financial matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience
  • Finance or Accounting degree required
  • Construction experience required
  • Proficiency in Sage 100 software is essential
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting is required
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions
  • Demonstrated ability to make accurate Financial Projections
  • Knowledge and experience in Accrual Accounting is a must
  • Proven track record in Financial Reporting.
