About the position

Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial reporting schedules using Excel and BI tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Produce Weekly KPI reports and Dashboards for management.
- Complete monthly financial analysis, variance, and trend analysis with commentary.
- Provide schedules and commentary for Monthly Management Reporting Packs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role within the retail sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and macros.
- Demonstrable experience in financial analysis, including complex financial analysis.
- Proven track record of effective KPI reporting to support business decision-making.
- Solid experience in variance analysis to identify discrepancies in financial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation within the retail sector.
