Finance Manager

About the position

The Finance Manager at G-Force Powersports is responsible for overseeing all financial operations related to vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing customer transactions. This role is crucial for the dealership's financial success and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the powersports industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all vehicle transactions, including vehicle sales financing, loan approvals, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and legal regulations, including those specific to the powersports industry.
• Work closely with financial institutions to secure financing for customers.
• Prepare and process loan/lease applications and documents.
• Submit credit applications to affiliated lenders.
• Provide customers with financing options and explain terms, warranties, and insurance packages.
• Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial paperwork.
• Work with the Office Manager to ensure that all financial records are properly filed and organized.
• Assist with other financial tasks and projects as required by the dealership.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a finance role within the automotive or powersports industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with customer financial information.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)
• Experience in customer service (4 years preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (4 years preferred)
