About The Position
The Finance Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is responsible for managing and developing a team of finance professionals while providing significant support to senior leadership and client service partners. This role involves overseeing financial processes, analyzing case economics, and ensuring effective financial reporting and compliance with finance policies. The Finance Manager will also act as a thought partner for local Managing Directors and Partners, helping to drive business decisions and financial success across practice areas.
