Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for an experienced, professional, and motivated individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fast-paced environment. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for selling financing and credit life, accident, and health insurance to customers. You will establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, both factory and otherwise. Your role will involve submitting paperwork to and obtaining approval from finance sources on all finance deals, working closely with the Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale, and handling all rate quotations. You will also check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., and establish and meet monthly objectives. Additionally, you will sell Extended Warranties and all other aftermarket items such as Secret Alarms, Rustproofing, and Service Contracts. The F&I Manager has a responsibility to log in sales income, verify insurance with customers' agents, obtain deposits, and verify trade payoffs. Submission of the sales log to the accounting office for verification is also part of your duties.

Responsibilities

  • Sell financing and credit life, accident and health insurance to customers.

  • Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
  • Handle all rate quotations.

  • Sell Extended Warranties and all other aftermarket items (i.e., Secret Alarms, Rustproofing, SERVICE CONTRACTS).
  • Log in sales income.
  • Verify insurance with customers' agents, obtain deposits, verify trade payoffs.
  • Submit sales log to the accounting office for verification.

Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales managerial experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
