You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Every day as the Finance Manager you will review and analyze financial reports, supervise accounting and finance staff, manage financial operations in accordance with Devereux Policy, and support the Executive Director and Director of Finance/Administrative Services in strategic planning, development and in maintaining financial accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • At least five (5) years of financial related experience including accounts payable, payroll and managing client fund accounts and allowances
  • Supervision experience of financial staff
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with other departments
  • Experience with finance computer based systems
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to changes in workload and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess and maintain valid driver's license, and be at least 21 years of age
