About the position

The Finance Manager at THIScar will oversee the finance and insurance (F&I) operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while enhancing the customer purchasing experience. This role requires a strong background in automotive sales and F&I, with a focus on building value in the products offered. Responsibilities

• Finalize the customer purchasing experience following proper processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with personnel.
• Provide support to company personnel to complete the customer experience.
• Train and develop both seasoned and inexperienced F&I closers.
• Train and manage F&I menu and reporting.
• Monitor and maintain program compliance.
• Participate in group training sessions on ethical sales techniques.
• Communicate product knowledge to online clients.
• Work with internal departments to complete customer transactions.
• Act as a liaison between customer and transaction regarding transaction issues.
• Collaborate with the accounting department on monthly remittances.
• Monitor and maintain F&I product penetration through online purchasing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive experience in F&I with a proven track record.
• Technology skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
• Experience with multiple dealer DMS and MENU Providers is preferred.
