About the position

PIC North America, a Genus Company, is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to serve as the finance business partner and Financial Planning & Analyst lead for its global supply chain business unit. This role involves collaborating with leadership to support various business initiatives, maintaining performance expectations in a diverse and fast-paced environment, and working both autonomously and collaboratively across teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Use financial tools and business understanding to support data-driven decision making across the business.
• Conduct detailed operating analysis focused on PIC's global supply chain business unit.
• Help prepare business review presentations and analyses.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects to improve processes and increase productivity.
• Support global monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across PIC to assess and report financial performance.
• Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• A University degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or a related field, including utilization and understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using financial software tools.
