About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies, while also managing profit and loss (P&L) statements and ensuring financial compliance. The Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO and is expected to contribute to the company's financial health and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Manage, prepare, and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee the preparation and evaluation of P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and other related financial and non-financial reports.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish financial and operational goals, and develop strategic plans to achieve these goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain systems for internal controls, financial management, and reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid in decision making.
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading FP&A functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in using financial software and databases.
• Exceptional skills in managing P&L statements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic planning and financial forecasting abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
