Requirements

• Prior automotive management experience.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.
• Ensuring all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Preparing paperwork, contracts and delivering deals.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and Viewpoint scores.
• Ensuring the expeditious funding of all contracts.
