Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through financing and leasing options to find the best fit based on their financial situation and preferences.
  • Review and explain finance and lease terms, warranty options, and related financial products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from vehicle selection to financing.
  • Work with lenders to secure competitive financing rates and terms for customers.
  • Prepare and process all required finance-related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of automotive financing programs, special promotions, and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding financing and leasing transactions.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service and post-sale support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly finance goals as set by the dealership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive financing, banking, or sales.
  • Knowledge of finance and leasing options, credit, and lending practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage paperwork and customer inquiries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex financial terms in an understandable way.
  • Proficiency with dealership software and finance tools.
  • A professional and positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
