About the position

As a Finance Manager at CBRE, you will lead a team responsible for finance strategy and operations, focusing on annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting. This role involves maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls, while also supervising and developing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and own the team's daily activities, establishing work schedules and assigning tasks.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
  • Review balance sheet account analysis and standard consolidated reporting packs for accuracy.
  • Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate the development of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Influence parties of shared interests to reach agreements and convey performance expectations.
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, and performance management preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills to empower team impact on quality and efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.
  • Experience in Project Management financial planning.
