Responsibilities

• Provides insurance and financing services to automotive customers by verifying sales information and determining need for financing.
• Evaluates customers' creditworthiness and prepares financing and legal documents.
• Sells products and services while maintaining rapport with customers.
• Utilizes the menu selling process to determine customers' desire for automobile financing.
• Maintains dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport and resolving discrepancies.
• Confirms automobile sales contract information by disclosing data, provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to customers.
• Ensures compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations relative to financial services and products.
• Prepares paperwork and contracts and delivers deals to customers.
• Sells additional products such as automobile insurance, credit insurance, and extended warranties by explaining options and provisions.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping information confidential and helping others comply with regulations.
• Determines customer creditworthiness by studying credit applications and obtaining credit reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Experience with CDK, Route One, and Darwin is a plus.
