Together, we won't stop! This is not a remote position. This role will sit in (preferred order): Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. The Finance Manager will drive the preparation of operating forecasts/budgets, trend analysis, and metric/KPI reporting focused on the supported Media & Creative Department. The Finance Manager will provide guidance to leadership on the financial trends and operational drivers behind the results and present reports on findings, including offering guidance on course corrections as needed. The Finance Manager must balance direction and communication between different Line of Business partners and leaders and must have a strong background in communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control for both the departmental operating and capital budgets and forecasts.
  • Works directly with multiple business partners to capture, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
  • Communicate regularly with multiple business partners to record keep financial risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights around trends, financial performance.
  • Present findings to Senior Management, including suggestions for course correction.
  • Apply analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings.
  • Measure key performance indicators and benchmarking results across accounts, markets, business divisions, and channels and communicate results to leadership via dashboards and reports.
  • Work internally and with strategic partners to ensure processes and procedures are in place for proper accounting controls and audits.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years' experience in Analytics and Planning
  • 2+ years' Wireless Telecom or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Data mining
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in SAP/BPC, Hyperion, TM1 or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering preferred
