About the position

The Finance Manager at Palm Beach Toyota, part of Penske Automotive Group, is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by assisting customers in understanding and selecting finance, insurance, and aftermarket options for their vehicles. This role involves processing all deals accurately to ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding and selecting finance, insurance, and aftermarket options for their vehicles.
• Process all finance and lease deals accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Educate and update the sales team on current finance and lease programs.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with finance and insurance sources.
• Ensure a world-class car-buying experience for customers.

Requirements

• At least one year of recent dealership experience in finance or insurance.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to vehicle finance options.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences.
