Palantir is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Sales Finance team, playing a crucial role in the commissions process. This position is integral to our global incentive compensation program, which supports financial analysis, accounting, and operational needs. As a key player, you will own the end-to-end commission process, ensuring that commissions are calculated accurately and paid in a timely manner. Responding to commissions and bonus inquiries will be a key part of your responsibilities, which will include conducting research and preparing commission-related adjustments. Additionally, you will provide both ad-hoc and regular reporting, analysis, and key projects for consumption by business partners in sales, sales finance, accounting, and other areas of the business. Performing in-depth analysis on compensation data sets will be essential to surface information critical for the business to make informed decisions. You will also assist in the implementation and administration of compensation plans, policies, and programs.
