About the position

The Finance Operations Coordinator is responsible for data validation and entry of customer contracts, researching payment history, processing refunds, and making invoice adjustments. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial operations and effective communication with customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter customer contract data including quality control.
• Research payment and billing discrepancies for customers and accounts.
• Compile complete account information for clients.
• Communicate with customers and Account Directors regarding special billing needs.
• Collaborate with company departments to resolve client issues.
• Process refunds, cash modifications, and invoice adjustments.
• Verify changes in client contact information and update records accordingly.
• Research payments and respond to inquiries from customers and Account Directors.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of general accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and related finance experience.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Accurate typing skills; 10-key by touch preferred.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
