About the position

This position is for a Director in the Financial Operations practice at PwC, focusing on optimizing finance functions for clients. The role involves working closely with high-level executives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations, leveraging technology and streamlined processes to deliver high-quality services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance operations or consulting.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience in multi-tower shared services or BPO operations from a tier one provider.
  • Proven record of success in finance transformation, performance management, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as SAP, SQL, Anaplan, Plx, Python, or Google Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in advising global organizations on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of developing and negotiating BPO/Shared Services solutions and transition plans.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with key executives and professional organizations.
