About the position

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead the Portfolio Operations and Planning team within the Consumer & Community Bank. This role involves managing portfolio priorities and decisions, coordinating with product teams, and influencing senior stakeholders to maintain strategy and promote a strong product management culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-product initiatives within Finance, including plans, roadmaps, metrics, and reports.
• Support the Head of Product in influencing senior stakeholders in technology and business.
• Create content to communicate product plans to users and stakeholders.
• Monitor the overall health of the portfolio through key metrics and relevant data, scaling best practices within the product portfolio.
• Manage timelines and impacts/risks related to project deliverables, ensuring timely escalations to executives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and support contributors in their presentations.
• Identify future scenarios and create compelling cases for strategic options.
• Benchmark against best practices in product organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time professional work experience.
• Experience with cross-product initiatives in complex/matrixed environments.
• Experience within a Data, Product, or Operations function.
• Experience in Finance is desired.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and reporting complex initiatives to executives.
• Bias towards action and decision-making with incomplete information.
• Understanding of Agility standards and best practices.
