About the position

The Lead Project Manager at Rang Technologies Inc. is responsible for managing highly complex, multi-year projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high client satisfaction standards. The manager will develop detailed project plans, respond to risks, and negotiate resource requirements while serving as a subject matter expert in project functionality and business domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex, broad, and/or multi-year projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes.
• Develop detailed, robust, high-quality project plans including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Recognize the impact of scope changes and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Act as the first responder to project risks and recommend solutions.
• Interface regularly with internal senior management and client executive level personnel.
• Negotiate resource requirements with responsible management when faced with conflicts in priorities.
• Explore intricate solutions to complex business requirements for projects.
• Delegate work to and guide professional and support staff, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
• Mentor and coach lower level professional and support staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of fiscal management experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience with a PMP certification preferred.
• 11+ years of experience in financial services and budgeting.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IAS.
