Responsibilities

• Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies cross industry with focus on top-tier financial services, life sciences, software and platform, communication, media and telecom companies
• Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first
• Manage project teams, deliverables and budgets across workflows
• Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
• Show clients where and how to benefit from a more flexible workforce
• Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience
• Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products
• Stay on top of how new regulations and technologies affect our clients' businesses - and ours

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in risk and regulatory management consulting from a competitive firm
• 7+ years working in risk and regulatory compliance with experience in one or more of the following: Finance, Risk, Compliance, Data, Controls & Audit, GenAI, Finance, Risk and Compliance Transformation
• Financial Services Regulatory Compliance experience (OCC & FRB) and MRA & MRIA remediation across the 3 Lines of Defense
• Experience should include one or more of the following: Developing and advising on risk operating models, data strategy, business and IT risk frameworks and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience working in Financial Services, Software and Platform, Media, Communications, Telecom, Life Sciences industries
• For banking, capital markets and/or insurance industries, working knowledge of Basel Accord, Dodd Frank, FBO, FINRA, SEC, FinCEN, OCC, FDIC, CCAR, etc.
• Operating model and transformation experience from front- and back-office

• Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
• Annual Salary Range for various locations: California $131,100 to $336,900; Colorado $131,100 to $291,100; District of Columbia $139,600 to $309,900; New York $121,400 to $336,900; Maryland $121,400 to $269,500; Washington $139,600 to $309,900.
