About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. As a Tele Sales representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and engaging customers effectively through proactive outbound calling.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update Salesforce software with relevant information.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, inside sales is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in outbound calling with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail in managing customer information.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in B2B sales (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in negotiation (1 year preferred).
