As a Finance Specialist - Payroll, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to processing bi-weekly payroll, reviewing staff mileage reimbursements, updating direct deposit/W-4 information, processing garnishment orders, completing wage verifications, running and sending out various payroll reports, maintaining payroll electronic employee files, various other payroll and non-payroll financial related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Processing garnishment orders
• Completing wage verifications
• Running and sending out various payroll reports
• Maintaining payroll electronic employee files
• Performing various other payroll and non-payroll financial related tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of payroll experience required
• Must be over 21 and have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to attend a 3 day new hire orientation class, Monday-Wednesday (9am - 5pm)

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration or related preferred
• Previous experience with securing service contracts preferred
