About the position

The Finance Specialist is responsible for managing the company's profit and loss (P&L) through forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis. This role involves daily financial operations, including bank reconciliations, accounting activities, and supporting capital expenditures and tax filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank reconciliation and report cash position on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Perform day-to-day accounting bookkeeping activities.
• Forecast working capital on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable checks.
• Support funding and loans for working capital.
• Review all general ledger reports and post in SAP.
• Prepare regular budgets and forecasts for budget revisions.
• Report relevant budget and forecast data.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and tax filing processes.
• Assist with capital expenditures and fixed asset depreciation.
• Prepare tax-related documents.
• Train and manage responsibilities for new hires within the team.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS USA, Inc.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel and SAP.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Experience in preparation of tax documents.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, global business operations, and business intelligence analysis.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain patience in a hard-working environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
