The Finance Systems team at Deloitte is dedicated to implementing and managing innovative solutions and changes within the US Finance application portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving the future vision of the Finance organization through effective governance and change management strategies. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evolution of change strategies and plans that engage, inspire, and motivate stakeholders to embrace significant changes necessary for advancing the business. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and application users to understand their needs and develop executable strategic change initiatives that align with the overall goals of the organization. In this position, you will perform both quantitative and qualitative assessments, including stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, to inform the development of data-driven change strategies. You will manage the execution of tailored change management strategies and plans, ensuring collaboration across program and technical teams to maintain alignment with broader program and roadmap plans. Your role will also involve utilizing appropriate communication outlets and tools, including adherence to Deloitte's branding and submission standards, to effectively execute communications and training initiatives. Additionally, you will identify training needs, develop content tailored to various stakeholder groups, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver engaging communications and activities that foster understanding of key changes. Measuring the effectiveness of change interventions and evolving plans as necessary will be crucial to driving adoption. You will work closely with subject matter experts to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Finance application portfolio, which will inform your change strategies. Furthermore, you will collaborate with leadership to escalate and resolve any risks and issues that may arise during the change process.
