The Enterprise Capital Finance Transformation Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting change management and transformation initiatives within the organization. This position will drive the resolution of business process opportunities through comprehensive process and financial analysis, utilizing formal business analytical and project management tools and structures. The analyst will be responsible for planning, leading, and directing small functional projects within a single business process or business division. A key aspect of this role is to identify business process opportunities that are beneficial to the company and to formulate effective approaches to address them, ensuring strong internal controls are in place. The analyst will develop into the subject matter expert for capital investment and related activities at Andersen, which includes requesting funding, asset management, project change, invoicing, and closing. Additionally, the analyst will document the current state, ideal state, and future state of various business processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support change management and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive resolution of business process opportunities through process and financial analysis.
  • Plan, lead, and direct small functional projects within a single business process or business division.
  • Identify business process opportunities beneficial to the company and formulate approaches to address them.
  • Develop into the subject matter expert for capital investment and related activities, including funding requests, asset management, project changes, invoicing, and closing.
  • Document current state, ideal state, and future state of various business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with outstanding information packaging skills.
  • Strong financial and general business acumen.
  • Demonstrated change and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in implementing financial application packages and process changes.
  • Power BI report development experience.
  • Experience with Power Apps/Power Automate.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification.
  • PMP Certification.
