About the position

As a Senior Associate in the Finance Consulting services at PwC, you will work closely with high-level executives to optimize finance functions and enhance their contributions to the business. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience advising global organizations on organizational structures and talent strategies.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting leading practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with data gathering strategies and analytical thinking to solve complex business problems.
  • Experience in process improvement across various financial processes.
  • Familiarity with Finance and Accounting technology applications and emerging technology solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex messages simply and transparently.
  • Experience cultivating senior client relationships and supporting sales efforts.

Nice-to-haves

  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience with Shared Service Centers and Business Process Outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of performance management and BPO selection processes.
  • Experience with organization design and talent management.
