About the position

As a Senior Manager in Finance Consulting at PwC, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, developing financial solutions, and guiding clients to optimize their financial performance and decision-making. You will focus on enhancing finance functions and organizational structures, providing insights on finance transformation initiatives, and aligning finance functions with strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current finance operating models and identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement solutions to enhance finance processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance on finance transformation initiatives and change management.
  • Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
  • Communicate complex messages clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
  • Supervise large, global teams and create an atmosphere of trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance consulting or related fields.
  • Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Intimate-level experience advising global organizations on organizational structures and talent strategies.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting leading practices and industry-specific trends.
  • Experience with process improvement across various financial processes.
  • Experience with common Finance and Accounting technology applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Shared Service Centers and Business Process Outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of data gathering strategies and analytical thinking.
  • Experience in developing strategies and transformation roadmaps.
  • Experience with organization design and talent management.
