Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance consulting or related fields.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Intimate-level knowledge of Finance and Accounting leading practices.
• Experience advising global organizations on organizational structures and talent strategies.
• Proven ability to develop strategies and transformation roadmaps.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with shared service centers and business process outsourcing.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting technology applications.
• Experience with data and chart of accounts design.
