About the position

As a Senior Manager in Finance Consulting at PwC, you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, developing financial solutions, and guiding clients to optimize their financial performance and decision-making. You will focus on enhancing finance functions and organizational structures, providing insights on finance transformation initiatives, change management, and talent development to align finance functions with strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Analyze current finance operating models and identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance finance processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Provide guidance on finance transformation initiatives and change management.
• Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems.
• Communicate effectively with clients and validate outcomes based on their feedback.
• Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance consulting or related fields.
• Master of Business Administration preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Intimate-level experience advising global organizations on organizational structures and talent strategies.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting leading practices and industry-specific trends.
• Experience with process improvement across various financial functions.
• Familiarity with common Finance and Accounting technology applications.
