The Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager will play a pivotal role in the Finance Transformation group, which serves as an internal consulting team supporting the Deloitte CFO in executing strategic initiatives. This position is designed for a Change Manager who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evolution of change strategies and plans that engage, inspire, and motivate employees to embrace significant cultural and behavioral changes necessary for driving the business forward. The Change Manager will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand their needs and address them through executable strategic change initiatives. The role requires a strong focus on change management and communication abilities, with an emphasis on creatively managing change within complex organizations. The Change Manager will perform quantitative and qualitative assessments, such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, to develop data-driven change strategies. They will also be responsible for developing and managing the execution of fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans that accelerate the return on investment (ROI) of initiatives. Collaboration across program and technical teams is essential to ensure integration with broader program plans. In addition, the Change Manager will develop and manage execution of leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in for changes, work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to create consistent key program messaging, and plan and deliver communications and creative engagement activities. Measuring the effectiveness of change interventions and evolving plans as needed to drive adoption and mitigate risks will also be key responsibilities. Regular reporting on activity status to program leadership and working with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues will be part of the role's requirements.
