The Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager will be a key player in the Finance Transformation group, which serves as an internal consulting team supporting the Deloitte CFO in executing strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in leading the Finance Transformation for global Deloitte firms, optimizing the Finance organizational structure for enhanced performance, and implementing digital finance solutions. The Change Manager will be responsible for helping Deloitte businesses achieve predictable and profitable growth through transformative tools and processes. The position requires a strong focus on change management, as the Change Manager will design, implement, and evolve change strategies and plans that engage and motivate employees to embrace significant cultural and behavioral changes necessary for driving the business forward. In this role, the Change Manager will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand their needs and develop executable strategic change initiatives. The responsibilities include performing quantitative and qualitative assessments, such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments, to inform the development of data-driven change strategies. The Change Manager will also be tasked with developing and managing the execution of tailored change management strategies and plans that accelerate the return on investment (ROI) of initiatives. This involves working collaboratively across program and technical teams to ensure integration with broader program plans. Additionally, the Change Manager will create and manage leadership alignment plans to foster buy-in for changes, work with subject matter experts to develop consistent messaging, and plan creative engagement activities that enhance understanding of key changes. Measuring the effectiveness of change interventions and evolving plans as necessary will also be a critical part of the role. Regular reporting on activity status to program leadership and addressing risks and issues will be essential to ensure the success of the initiatives.
