The Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager will play a pivotal role within the Finance Transformation group, an internal consulting team dedicated to supporting the Deloitte CFO in executing strategic initiatives. This group is tasked with leading the Finance Transformation for global Deloitte firms, optimizing the Finance organizational structure for enhanced performance, and identifying and implementing digital finance solutions. The overarching goal is to assist Deloitte businesses in achieving more predictable and profitable growth through transformative tools and processes. In this role, the Change Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving change strategies and plans that engage, inspire, and motivate employees to embrace significant cultural and behavioral changes necessary for driving the business forward. The Change Manager will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand their needs and address them through executable strategic change initiatives. This position requires a strong background in change management and communication, with a focus on creatively managing change within complex organizations. The responsibilities of the Change Manager include performing quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups. This will drive the development of data-driven change strategies. The Change Manager will also develop and manage the execution of tailored change management strategies and plans to accelerate the return on investment (ROI) of initiatives, ensuring collaboration across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans. Additionally, the role involves developing leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in for changes, working closely with subject matter experts and leadership to create consistent messaging, and planning engagement activities to enhance understanding of key changes among stakeholders. The effectiveness of change interventions will be measured, and plans will be evolved as necessary to drive adoption and mitigate risks associated with initiatives. Regular reporting on activity status to program leadership and addressing risks and issues will also be part of the role.
