Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5+ years of experience in a similar position
• General office experience
• Payroll experience
• Experience with Prevailing Wage Compliance is desirable
• Demonstrated effective matrix skills
• Ability to work with all stakeholders
• Results-oriented, motivated, and reliable
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient at managing multiple tasks
• Ability to set priorities and maintain focus

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end financial reporting of the US entity in line with the Group timeline
• Prepare standing and recurring journal entries
• Maintain fixed assets and leases, including leases under IFRS 16
• Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with actuals vs budget analysis
• Support project margin reporting
• Assist with cash forecasting
• Help prepare the yearly budget
• Support the Group audit process (half-year and year-end)
• Manage weekly invoicing of spare parts and support
• Assist with project invoicing and follow up on past due invoices
• Process company payroll and ensure adherence to wage requirements and overtime rules
• Assist with Prevailing Wage Compliance and other duties as required
