Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
- Deeply understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience consistent with firm policies.
- Engage the branch team to create and adjust the branch business plan for effectiveness.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch based on mutual trust and accountability.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in the financial services industry.
- Financial services and/or sales experience is required.
- Financial services registration, licensing, or certification is necessary.
- Professional and/or military career progression is considered.
