About the position

As a financial advisor at Edward Jones, you will partner with clients to help them achieve their long-term financial goals, including retirement planning, wealth building, estate strategies, and education funding. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
  • Understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • Engage the branch team to create and monitor the branch business plan.
  • Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust and accountability.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in the financial services industry.
  • Financial services and/or sales experience is required.
  • Financial services registration, licensing, or certification is necessary.
  • Professional and/or military career progression is considered.
