As a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, you will partner with clients to help them achieve their long-term financial goals, including retirement planning, wealth building, estate strategies, and education funding. Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan for effectiveness.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
- Ability to understand and analyze clients' financial needs and goals.
- Experience in sales or client service roles is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and registrations.
