About the position

This position involves advising and counseling students and families regarding their eligibility for financial aid, including professional judgment, loan requirements, and special circumstances. The role also includes guiding both internal and external customers through the financial aid processes, ensuring they understand the necessary steps and requirements. Additionally, the position requires presenting scholarship and financial aid information to various audiences, both on and off campus. The individual will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and reviewing reports to assess eligibility for federal, state, and institutional financial aid and scholarship programs. Furthermore, the role entails applying financial aid policies and procedures to effectively process student financial aid records.
